Dez Bryant Faces Another Tough Secondary in Week 2
Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Dez Bryant got off to a slow start in Week 1, catching only two passes against the New York Giants secondary. He’s likely to put up a somewhat similar performance in Week 2, as the Cowboys travel to Denver to face the Broncos and their feared secondary. Dez will be much more of a mid-to-low WR2 in Week 2 than his usual WR1 ranking. He still has touchdown upside, as he is a threat to score any time he is on the field. The Cowboys offense, however, will run through Ezekiel Elliott in this one, so Dez is unlikely to see many targets. He can be started in most formats as a low-end WR2 or a Flex play, but should not be relied on as a WR1. Owners with stronger options with good matchups may even decide to keep Bryant on their bench this week.
