Ezekiel Elliott Will Be an RB1 As Long As He’s On the Field for Week 5

This article first appeared on RotoBaller.com

Dallas Cowboys running back Ezekiel Elliott is primed for a strong performance in Week 5 against the Green Bay Packers. Elliott is one of the top-five ranked fantasy running backs for the week, and has a realistic chance to be the top overall scoring running back if things break his way. He’s been an excellent fantasy asset in three of the four games so far this season, and the only thing that might keep him from another RB1 week is his pending suspension. While the latest rumors only say that we will know more about his suspension “soon,” there is in fact a chance that Elliott is forced to begin serving his suspension before he takes the field. For now, though, he can be inserted in all fantasy lineups as a set-and-forget RB1.
