Isaiah Crowell Hoping To Get On Track In Week 5

Cleveland Browns running back Isaiah Crowell is off to a painfully slow start this season. The fourth-year running back has gained just 134 rushing yards through his first four games, averaging just 2.9 yards per carry. Crowell recently received a vote of confidence from head coach Hue Jackson, who stated, “I believe in Isaiah Crowell. No question. I have to get this guy the ball handed to him.” Crowell will look to get it going in Week 5 against the New York Jets. Theoretically, he has a chance to turn in a solid game as the Browns are at home in a pick ’em game against New York’s run defense, which ranks just 27th in DVOA. Despite the favorable matchup, Crowell is in “prove it” mode for fantasy owners and is hard to trust as anything more than a flex play.
