Brandon Marshall Dealing With Sprained Ankle

This article first appeared on RotoBaller.com

New York Giants wide receiver Brandon Marshall suffered a sprained ankle in the Week 5 loss to the Chargers, according to a source. Marshall had only two catches for 15 yards before leaving, continuing his disappointing 2017 season after signing as a free agent in the offseason. It remains to be seen if he’ll be able to return next week on the road against Denver, but even if he does, Marshall is an unattractive WR4/flex, especially after Odell Beckham Jr. (leg) suffered what might be a season-ending injury. The banged-up Giants receiving corps may be forced to use Roger Lewis as their No. 1 wideout next weekend.
