Sam Bradford Replaced In Week 5
Minnesota Vikings quarterback Sam Bradford (knee) was removed from the game late in the second quarter Monday night against the Bears in favor of Case Keenum. Bradford’s mobility was severely compromised in the first half, and he went just 5-for-11 for 36 yards before being replaced. It’d be a complete surprise if he comes out under center in the second half with the Vikes nursing a small 3-2 lead over Chicago. This doesn’t bode well for Minnesota’s pass catchers moving forward, although Jerick McKinnon has benefited with four catches for 33 yards.
