Stefon Diggs Injured Monday Night

Minnesota Vikings wide receiver Stefon Diggs suffered a groin injury in the third quarter of the Monday night game against the Bears. He was listed as questionable to return, but he never did and finished the game with only one catch for four yards. It’s a brutal game for Diggs and his fantasy owners with Sam Bradford (knee) being replaced right before halftime by Case Keenum. It’s not that Keenum was ineffective — he went 17-for-21 for 140 yards and a touchdown — but most of his looks went to either Jerick McKinnon or tight end Kyle Rudolph. If his injury isn’t serious, Diggs should be back on the WR2 radar in Week 6 against the Packers. If he’s forced to sit, expect Michael Floyd and Laquon Treadwell to have bigger roles.
