Golden Tate Strong WR2 in Week 6

This article first appeared on RotoBaller.com

Golden Tate has a strong track record of success against the Lions Week 6 opponent, the New Orleans Saints. In the last three years Tate has caught 24 passes for 344 yards and four touchdowns against the Saints. 212 of those yards have come after the catch. Tate’s success in the past against the Saints coupled with his strong performance so far this season (he leads the team with 29 receptions and 267 yards and has one touchdown) make him a strong WR2, borderline WR1, play this week. Matthew Stafford (knee) has practiced two days in a row without limitations, so as long as he is able to go Tate should be started in all fantasy lineups.
