Marcus Mariota Does More Thursday Ahead Of Week 6

Tennessee Titans quarterback Marcus Mariota (hamstring) “did more today,” according to head coach Mike Mularkey. It’s progress for Mariota, who is hopeful of returning from a one-week absence to face the Colts on Monday night. However, Mariota must show the coaching staff that he’s mobile enough to protect himself in practice the rest of the week, and he could be a true game-time decision on Monday. That makes Mariota and most of the Titans pass catchers ones to avoid this weekend. Matt Cassel would receive another start if Mariota isn’t deemed ready.
