Doug Martin Ready For Full Workload
Tampa Bay Buccaneers running back Doug Martin, who admits to wearing down late in his first game back from a three-game suspension in Week 5, said he feels that he’s ready for a full workload heading into Week 6. “I feel like I can handle anything coach asks me to do,” Martin said. In his debut last week, Martin was impressive, playing 26 snaps and rushing 13 times for 74 yards, including a touchdown. He also caught one pass for eight yards. The Cardinals, Tampa’s Week 6 matchup, have been one of the tougher teams to run on this year, but Martin remains a solid RB2 option. He looked to be in great shape and had excellent giddyup on his fresh legs.
